This slide deck will address three objectives:

(1) to help the Alliances develop a baseline understanding of tools employers can use to promote change;

(2) to describe why small, mid, and large size employers should care about key initiatives in the Affordable Care Act including payment and delivery reform; and

(3) to provide guidance to the Alliances regarding future engagement with the employers and next steps for implementing a strategy around employer engagement in these key areas.
