Collection and Tracking of Visitor Information
For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web site, the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, and where applicable, telephone number and organization name.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is not linked to personally identifiable information while on our site. We use session based cookies for session navigation purposes. By setting a cookie on our site, users would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be timed out prematurely.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing and Usage
The information we collect may be used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes, shared with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to help them contact visitors for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web site.

When applicable, persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us in relation to the question or comment you provided.
