  • Collect data to populate the dashboard

• Develop prioritization matrix projects
• Develop a tailored endpoint scenario straw proposal for alliance review at October Workshop
  • Faculty to develop the "end point scenario" scales, attributes, and components for each Alliance's system of projects.
  • Faculty to draft a tool/guide for developing a customized end point scenario
• Formal presentation/engagement with board, key stakeholders, and staff on dashboard and system level Key Driver Diagram to refine, seek input/buy-in
• Iteratively refine the Key Driver Diagram and dashboard based on inputs from key stakeholders
• Develop alliance presentations for F2F Workshop
