This document outlines the Ingredients for Organization Sustainability, which include: understanding the Alliance's market; determining what they do especially well; understanding what they want to do; identifying a scope of activities to articulate a value proposition; developing an ROI model to document the value proposition; identify an appropriate funding model; increase organizational effectiveness; match governance to the Alliance's desired future state; and evolve over time as the environment changes. It also depicts a "Framework for Value Proposition Development."
