The November Quality Forum for Improving Language Services focused on potential improvement strategies hospitals could undertake to improve the delivery of language services.

The first Quality Forum for Improving Language Services demonstrated how one hospital effectively targeted improvement strategies for language service delivery.  Dr. Connie Standiford, Associate Professor, General Medicine and Associate Medical Director, Ambulatory Care Services at University of Michigan Health System (a Speaking Together hospital) was the speaker.
