The presentation prepared for the Navigating the New HIPPA Rule Webinar on September 25, 2013 was "Exchanging Health Information: Key HIPAA Issues for AF4Q Alliances and CVEs." It started with basic introductions and with defining and highlighting the importance of "Business Associates." Then it goes on to cite examples of data exchange and provide information regarding compliance deadlines, sale of PHI, and de-identified PHI. Further discussion takes place and resources are provided at the end of the presentation.
