About This Collection

Leadership development is useful at every stage of a team’s development and performance, whether start up or advanced. Progress accelerates as leaders develop new distributive leadership skills while engaging in their “real” work. Select AF4Q Alliances are co-designing this process for team performance with the Results Based Leadership Team at the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland. This collaboration allows for the AF4Q community to develop a customized approach that addresses needs and builds capacity of the team to move to action by building on strengths and successes and addressing real issues and challenges.
