About This Collection

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) recently announced a new initiative titled the Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) initiative. CPC is designed to bolster existing multi-payer, primary care practice transformation programs underway in five to seven “markets” throughout the U.S. by reimbursing selected primary care practices an enhanced per beneficiary per month payment to perform five care functions for Medicare and Medicaid fee-for-service beneficiaries. During this one-hour webinar, representatives from CMMI will provide an overview of the initiative and CHCS will describe the opportunity for AF4Q Alliances and moderate questions. Letters of interest are due to CMMI by November 15. Pauline Lapin and Christa Shively from CMMI and Tricia McGinnis from CHCHS will present.
