Charting a Path for Health Care Payment Reform: Recommendations for the Field

This paper reports on the work of an RWJF-convened payment reform advisory panel convened in April 2010. Health policy experts, as well as representatives of health plans, purchasers, consumer groups, health professionals, government and philanthropy developed a set of high-level recommendations outlining the next steps that are necessary for meaningful payment reforms.
